Blue Loop Advisory / Workshops / Net Positive Check
Over two days on site, we take your marina further: we show where it stands, which three to five steps will have the greatest impact next season, and what the path to net positive looks like.
Visualisation of the RE:MARINA concept
Who it is for and when
Together with the marina’s management, and ideally with crew members or captains who know your marina well, we work on a future concept with impact.
The concession is up for renewal.
Investors or owners are asking about sustainability.
A certification is planned.
Superyacht clients expect more than shore power.
What do you have after the workshop?
Status quo: where your marina stands on sustainability and what it can prove.
Prioritised by impact and effort, with quick wins for next season.
Process
Site walk, assessment, ideas and options, prioritisation and decision.
Method
Each lever is assessed with data and observations, and we develop potential changes as part of the sustainability strategy.
Shore power for all superyacht berths, on-site solar generation with storage and charging for electric tenders. The goal is a marina where no generator runs at the berth.
Black and grey water pump-out at the berth, reuse and rainwater harvesting, continuous water quality monitoring. The goal is a marina with zero discharge.
Protecting seagrass meadows, mooring buoys instead of anchoring, new habitats on pontoons and quays. The goal is more life in the marina than before, backed by measurements.
Waste separation, hull cleaning with antifouling capture and passing on interiors and technical equipment. The goal is the marina as a hub for materials.
How guests, crews and deliveries reach the marina: from e-shuttles and consolidated deliveries to regional provisioning for yachts.
Good crew lounges and sanitary facilities, accommodation and training for crews. The goal is teams ashore and on board who carry sustainability forward.

With staff workshop on the following day
Half a day with the marina team from harbour office, technical, service and hospitality. Measures from the workshop are translated into everyday work. This way, staff carry the change and results come quickly.
The data request on berths, power, water, waste, refit and certificates. Anything missing, we flag and estimate together.
Management or owners, harbour master, technical and sustainability; optionally finance and a captain as the voice of the client.
You decide on the quick wins. On request, we support implementation, and the check is then credited.
The check shows the path in stages: entry, advanced, net positive. Most marinas start with measures that need no building permit.
